So I tried to get similar shots to your pictures, for referance.

A) lenses don't appear to be authentic,
B) the icon seems off. Its almost flat whereas real ones are 3D
C) the back half of the arms should be clear, but painted on the inside to give the look from the outside a very deep appearance
D) I dont see the "Plate" name molded into the inside of the left arm

Hey thank you so much, especially for given so much attention to my post! These were the same reasons ive thought of them being fake i was just really curious maybe there were any different older versions since they are hardly used and seller is an old man using them from 2003 or something like that, and youve helped me proving my point! Can you maybe help with a crosshair ones too?

How do you regonized that these are real?
I want to learn a little bit about it to.
So, the easiest whey for these is that the SKU on the arm matches the offical colorway, pewter/black iridium polarized. Most fakes wont get any of that right.

Second, after decades of collecting, you can just tell when something is fake, or when you need to be cautious. They don't look "right". Maybe the icon is off, the lens dosent look right, maybe the frame is a color they never made.

Honestly, it's just experiance.

The crosshair looks to be fine.
