You lost it from a fire? Doubt the fire got hot enough to completely destroy the frame. Ti has a melting point of over 3000 degrees. Plus you have 4 posts and don’t meet the exchange requirements

I was not able to recover anything cause the apartment burnout completely, and I was not able to search for any belongings, do you have any idea when a house or apartment burn completely? I am no bs no one , I have a great reputation
