Please help me identify these glasses

Hi guys ,i have been passed on these sunglasses by a collector but they are very confusing,,all the tell signs suggest they might be fake ,the letter O on the nose bridge no lens screws ect..but the quality is amazing also the letter case is very old and i assume cost a lot to make if they were actually counterfeit..any help would be much appreciated
