possibly a very good fake Icon 3.0

Hello Oakley enthusiasts! Im trying to gift this to my dad, he used to own one of these years ago. somethings doesnt sit right with me, for one the texture outside... I dont think oakley ever produced anything with that pattern. I double checked on OReviews nothing shows with that pattern. Two, the tags are kinda weird. If anyone could tell me if oakley ever produced icons with that pattern or tell me this is a fake or not, as Im gifting it, Id be greatful!!! Thank you!!
