Rivets loose on Oakley Tincup Titanium prescription glasses

I've worn Oakley Tincup Titanium progressive-lens glasses for years. I just got new ones -- new lenses, and new frames -- but the rivets on the new frame are loose. The place I got them has no idea how to fix them. Is there any way to tighten up the rivets myself? That gap you see absolutely should not be there -- the arm is actually moving back and forth, and it seems the rivets are getting looser and looser. And the rivets are perfectly tight -- no gap, no movement -- on the other side, and on my old frames. Any suggestions appreciated!

You should not have to pay for the repair.. The supplier should accept the repair, or return of a faulty frame.. As long as you have a receipt.
