Those 5.2 are the ugliest pair of sunglasses I’ve ever seen. Even worse than the Monster Doggles that I have a pair of. It’s almost like M-Ex threw those out as a joke to see if the cult would eat anything they throw at them. Their lenses are badass though as are the Jiggawatts.

Back to subject. The Brain Dead collabs have been excellent

I'm not losing any sleep over it, even bought a couple to see the hype, yep, just another plastic sunglass brand....but fk me, two years ago the hype on here on was ridiculous.....and yep, certainly not warranted
But hey, if two variations on boring wayfarers, two variations on the same glass, half and full frame, and 700 colorways excites people....happy for them

I’m of the same opinion mostly.

Gone are the halcyon days with Jim at the helm. Instead of all the hypebeast fodder, I’d like to see more reproductions or next-gen versions of the models that made this company an international brand. They had a halfway decent idea with the MUZM Straight Jackets, and initially, the Eye Jackets.

But without the X-Metals, earlier Straight Jackets, Minutes, Twentys, Monster Dog, Mag Switch, Unknown, etc, I’m just not into what they have had going on.

Totally. I’m sure I’ll be buying one since i love wierd ugly models and get made fun of all the time for wearing them I will say you and @Dullisc rock them hard and look good. The Matte-Max Amber would be the one I’d want. Maybe there are growing on me. Just like the Plantaris.
