I have tried to post videos on this forum, never works. How do I upload them? I’m incompetent, help me please

Just click over the video , you want to show. Using the right mouse button, A list will appear, click on Copy URL. Then click then the desired box for the video to play from, using the right mouse button, Then click paste.I have tried to post videos on this forum, never works. How do I upload them?
