Watches Other Than Oakley

My old guy friend has an Oyster Date perpetual he bought new when he was 16, (1974) with a blue dial. He also has a Black face two-tone Submariner he got from his ex-wife. He passed them onto his son, who turned around and sold them both for $250 to a pawn shop. Well, his mom went and bought them back for him and he said they mean absolutely nothing to him now. He noted that he will likely just give them to me so they can get some use and needed love. Buuuttt, for now, enjoying the Datejust.

I like Orient I have the white Rainbow disc and the pro saturation diver.
I like that they do their movements in house too.
Enjoy automatics are great, suddenly you have many more.

Nice! I like that the movements are in house too. Seems to be a good value.

I know what you are saying. I already have some others in mind that I wouldn’t mind having. Not good!

Don't polish that bezel more than it has already been! Infact, polish nothing at all.

Definitely not! Sentimental value > Monetary value by FAR! He’s like a grandpa to me. All those scratches are from when he wore them. I would never wipe those years of love off of them.
