What are some obvious signs a pair of Eye Jackets are fake?

Hi everyone, I recently purchased my first pair of New Eye Jacket 1.0 from eBay from a seller with alot of good reviews over the years. Can anyone help verify if these Oakley pair is original or fakes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything looks to check out. Did he say what colorway it is. I'll guess fmj 45mm, but I've never seen that colorway in person to verify

Rule Number 1, if the nose-bridge text is correct, 99.9999999999999999999999% they're genuine, If the nose-bridge text has rubbed off(which does happen with persistent use), check the build quality and fit. If it's shonky, it's probably a 'donkey'.

The "rights reserved" inclusion is indicative of a European sold product.

From the investigation ive done, it was something to do with European law at the time.

Kinda like how the square wire 2.0 had a 30mm version made specificly for Australia.
