4.0 Display Case LED Lights (parts/fix)

Had some of the LED lights on my 4.0 case go out the other day. Wanted to find OE replacements but couldn't find any from distributors (ie. Amazon, Walmart). Disassembled the light to its bare parts to see what was broken. Used a multimeter to test for 12v before and after the converter board that is in the heatsink. Next, tested the LEDs themselves to make sure they reacted to the continuity test on the multimeter. They should just barely light up to which one of the three didn't for me. I used Google lens to scan the parts and found that the LED base board used is a "8004c 23mm 3w led board" and the LEDs themselves can be found on Amazon for fairly cheap. The ones I used are the Chanzon 3W LED chip color white SMD but they also have a "cool white" that is a bit more blue (I have found that the "color" of the LEDs in the 4.0 cases slightly vary between years but you shouldn't need to go any more yellow or blue than those two). I am in no way an electrical guy but thought I'd give it a shot since I have nothing to lose being they are already broken. After maybe 10-15 min. I had the new LEDs on and the power and ground re-soldered to the LED board. The attached photos are what they look like fixed to compare to the original lights (fixed light is back right shown by blue arrow) and there are pictures of the parts and a diagram for the board. The LEDs are directional and have a + and - on the feet that you solder to the board.
