Is there somerthing that cold work like a larger lunch box? Could the messanger bag hold tupperware flat, like 4x6, with room for other items. Or are they more like a laptp bag?

Not really. Everything is more over the shoulder / vertical designed. Outside of a back pack nothing would really lend itself to be carried upright with a base for food to stay flat and not slosh all around.

That ap sunglass holder should be in everyone's collection. Clip it on your belt. Penny's fit no problem. If you take out the hard insert juliets slide right in.

Holy hell I never realized that insert came out!! I’m a Juliet guy and was always disappointed they got so snug and I never wanted to risk putting too much pressure on them… you may have just forced me to remove this from the sale lol!

Oh yeah dude that things sweet! Without the insert it can crush down while you wear it. I still put them in a bag in it. I don't trust it not to scratch them.
