Lol dremel. Why what's wrong with the outcome of what i did? I'm not done yet, to be continued this weekend..And what are you cutting with? A tinsnips?
Dremel is good but use the 80 or 220 grit sandpaper to shave the excess tape off frequently so you know where your edge is lol. Might as well be doing that blindfolded!

Be careful in these areas
I cut lenses several times with no tape at all. Just trace the lens shape onto the donor with an exactly and cut away

Not perfect but at least i didn't get to throw these lens out. First custom cut. Can't wait to do the second one And the tape did not peel off the iridium coating even after leaving on for over 24hrs
