If you have a scroll through their Twitter feed seems a lot of UK customers are having difficulty with orders, I got told by an Italian guy that the UK warehouse is moving and orders are all over the place with them, and it probably wouldn't be back to normal until end of July.
That said I feel like their customer care is disgusting as of late!

Think you might be right. I have seen that Revant do a Juliet kit, might check that out.
