The scuffed up material is a good sign, ive only ever seen foam on fakes. If you need any pics of a fake to compare I just so happen to have a pair, I would like to add they were bought to use as part of a Halloween costume so please don’t have a go at me

I disagree with you.... those check several legit boxes to me....

A 'perfect' example of a Genuine pair of O.T.T.s, from portrait view. There should always be unbroken circles around the orbit most inner surround. If not, 99.99 they're going to fake.
