Frogskin Lenses

Hello. I have a pair of Frogskin XS, with trashed lenses. Can they be changed? If so, could someone explain the process for removing the old lenses and installing the new ones? Thanks in advance.

Easy to change, push from the inside out, I usually start towards the nose.

It's funny because the other day I tried the exact method to remove them and felt like I was going to break the frames. These are just my beater glasses in the pool, so I'll probably just pick up some Fuse or Walleva replacement lenses.
