Gascan icons

Good morning. I'm new to this forum so please forgive my questions if they aren't the most informative.
I'm looking for some replacement icons for two pairs of Gascans. (Yes I'm old school). Everywhere I've looked they're outta stock but my search results keep pulling up the Batwolf icons.
My question is, are they interchangeable? I'd really like to find the OD American flag or the standard American flag ones.

The link provided above is an excellent source. A guy named Vaquita on eBay has a large amount of them, though kind of pricey.
