Hi. Second time around on this forum. Not very active first time. I have a pair of ice plasma juliets from 2000. Never worn. Why are the nose rivets so loose. I hear they are crap but never worn u think they would be a litlle tighter.

Sounds like the flex coupler rubbers deteriorated and need to be replaced. There are a few here that can tune up Juliets. Someone may be close depending where you're located.
