Holbrook XXL and Flak 2.0 XXL

Has anyone pulled the trigger on the flak xxl?

I did and I got them and I don’t think they’re the right lenses because they’re not very tall factor kind of a short lens compared to the picture which I’ll attach, but maybe somebody else can chime in. Can the lenses be changed out for the Excel lens because I bought these from a third-party And the frame number is correct on the inside, but the land seems too short too small compared to pictures I’ve seen

The XXL sku’s dont show up on warranty page hence why I revived this thread.

I was mainly curious if you could utilize an XXL lens set in an existing 2.0 frame or if XXL’s frame has a wider lenses as well. They’re definitely a big taller than a XL lens set….

I think you can use the xl lens in xxl frame and vice versa

Pretty sure the xxl lens are wider by about 2 mm. I can’t imagine those lens fitting in a normal flak 2.0 frame.

I meant they xl and xxl 2.0 lens are interchangeable

Yeah, the xxl lens are 2 mm wider than standard flak 2.0 lens (xl and non xl are the same width) so no, I don’t think they are interchangeable.

Finally picked up a pair of these. Went with the carbon and dark golf combo. The size on these is just big enough that they feel so much better, but the thing I really like about them is the notches in the corners on the regular flak are much less noticeable on these because the lens are wider. Eventually, I’m going to pick up a regular prism golf lens. Overall, I think these are a nice pair for my bigger head.

Flak XXL say larger fit, but the stems are actually shorter, my brother ordered a pair and was surprised to see it.

And you need a huge head, otherwise there will be too much air/space around the corner of your eyes.

I still prefer XL
