MRY Ultra Lenses - DWP lenses for $30

Full refund from Seek.....they have acknowledged their mistake and apologised.

Does anyone need some lovely Oakley Holbrook RX 54mm lenses??
(Seek Fire Red & Nebula Green)

Seriously!
I've decided to keep these lenses......apologies to George.

The Seek Nebula Green & Fire Red in an Oakley Holbrook RX 54mm Polished Clear Fade frame....

Trying to decide which to gift my favourite niece.....and whichever pair is left, I'll buy a frame for my wife.

So.....little word of warning.

I love the quality and convenience of purchase with the MRY lense and this comment is only aimed at the standard size Holbrook lenses.

Do not put MRY lenses in your Holbrooks if you plan on putting genuine Oakley lenses back in at any stage.

A few weeks ago I put a set of MRY DWP into my Holbrook Mix. Fantastic looking lense in my opinion.
This evening I decided to put those DWP into my Holbrook (steel/Prizm Daily) frames and put the Prizm Daily into the Holbrook Mix....just for aesthetic reasons.

The MRY Lenses have stretched the frame and the genuinely Oakley lenses are sitting looser than I would like (they basically pop out when cleaning them)

I fear that I have now done the same to my new Holbrook Steel colour frame.

Also, because the MRY are a little larger, they basically have to be "squeezed/forced" into place.....and this seems to "close in" the frame a little, making them tighter fitting.

Just a little word of warning.

Gratuitous shot with the DWP in the steel Holbrook frame

Today got my Cobalt Rose lenses from MRY HD Polarized plus not a top tier.
Order was placed on 25 November so almost the month of waiting (EU).
The lenses are much thinner than OEM and Linegear, with no antiflare layer, and the wrong base curve.
But for the price of 22$ (delivery included) it's ok, because another option was to cut lenses myself from Trail Prizm or Golf Prizm. Overall score I'd say 5,5-6 out of 10. And I will def try their top-tier DWP later.

`Can anyone compare the thickness of MRY top tier ultra version with the OEM? Are they the same? Do they have an antiflare layer?

The simple polarized I had gotten was thinner than oem grey lens. The ultra was thicker, I think pretty much as thick as the oem if not a hair thicker. Ultra has an ar coating on the inside, kind of blueish purple colour, reminded me the ar coating a pair of raybans P has.
How is the cobalt rose compared to the prizm trail? I have the torch but the standard trail felt much poppier every time I have tried it on but don’t won’t to spend the money for a lens that will wear occasionally.

I had 2 sets for Jawbones, that obviously were easy to fit. I then bought some for a pair of Unknowns, and i really struggled to force them in. My last order was for a Plantaris, and they didn't have the notch at the nosebridge, so they wouldn't fit.
I would buy from them again for a flat lens, but not for a complicated curve.
