Has anyone been able to cancel their Macy’s order? I received a message stating that they’ll cancel mine if they don’t hear from me by April 24. I’d rather just cancel now, but the site and customer service number aren’t very helpful.

Give it a few days and they will cancel it on their own. I went though the same thing.
