Couldn’t find any related products or info. I’ve seen that style of belt before but if it was Japanese version it would say on the tags.

Looks suspect to me but I will state I am not an expert on this item. The finish of the buckle looks poor. The belt itself should also have an Oakley tag sewn in the back I believe. I googled the part number and bar code number. No match I could find. Ellipse also has 2 ls, not one as the tag reads.
