I think locking accounts that are inactive for more than 2 or 3 months, along with requiring 2-step verification for logging in to have posting rights in the Exchange sections would make a dramatic improvement on the quality and security. If someone's account is locked, they would need to contact an admin to re-open the account.Better yet lets talk about closing all the thousands of zombie accounts...

On the buyer end, no one should send F&F or and unsecured payment to a stranger. Even if it's a member account a buyer recognizes, they should be careful to verify that the member is legit and not hacked.
