Who makes emerald and how difficult to change?

That's Linegear Emerald non-polarized. They are very easy to change, but you should watch a video on YouTube of how to open up the "jaws" of the Plantaris - they are not as straight forward as Jawbone/New Racing Jacket.

In that video, the person popped the lenses out first, as if there was no jaw - that kind of defeats the purpose of having orbitals that open.

Who makes emerald and how difficult to change?

When you open the jaws, the bottom of the jaw is kind of hooked to the joint. So you have to squeeze the joint together and the bottom should go inward toward the nose/center of the frame.

I looked on the Linegear website but couldn’t find the Emeralds there.

My guess the foot traffic for that pair isn't as big as other models so LG is only doing it by special orders rather keep stock of bunch of different tints for the model. @SEAN WAYNE can likely help you get a set done.
