There are quite a few of you guys that I have interacted with and am so impressed with your abilities for true customisations and 1 offs, you guys are seriously talented and as @jamin jannard said for allowing some of the extra privileged to get into the hallowed corridors of the business to obtain items for your own personal projects is nothing to be sneezed at, that is a true blessing to be gifted such an honour compared to the rest of us mere mortals.
@jamin jannard, Rome was definitely not built in a day, if it takes a year for the next big thing to come from the inner sanctum of M-Experiment, then so be it, yes it is gonna suck having to wait for the next true installment to the line up but if that is what it takes so be it, you know who will truely be waiting for it, the people that want to be apart of what M-Experiment is going to become.
I also hope this does not affect future interactions between yourself, your amazing customer service reps and your business structure, you guys have been bending over backwards from day one to rectify issues or concerns, you have given more than I or anyone could certainly have asked for and I, myself personally don't like to ask.
To the other parties involved, I hope you are able to work on an amicable resolution with each other and not lose a friendship that you may have had with each other for quite some time.
Biggest thing about forums, we all want to be keyboards warriors, but sometimes you need to stop and think about how you say things, so much **** gets construed within the words that the true meaning is innocent, but the perceived meaning results in hatred and misconceptions to the harmless banter it was only supposed to be.

We do our best to take care of our friends and customers as much as possible. We have been asked by a few collectors for special services. Some have asked for raw parts to paint for their personal use. At first glance it sounds like no big deal, but it actually can put a strain on operations. We do continue to support your own creativity. If there is ever a misunderstanding feel free to let us know. The individual that kicked this off...there is nothing but positivity on our end. Your work is "wow, super cool" as we last said. At the end of the day this Experiment is meant to be about having fun and making interesting products. I hope the same can be said about how the community interacts with each other and if anyone has any major issues please come to us and we will help work through them.
