This past Nov. I purchased Rx sunglasses through Oakley.com. Since I live in AK., where it's dark most of the winter, I have had very little opportunity to wear them. When I did wear them it was when I was outside skiing. It wasn't until I was on vacation when I noticed that the road signs were hard to read and that my resolution improved when I removed the glasses. My eye exam was performed about 1 month prior to ordering them. What can be done to get this corrected? Does anyone know how to get in touch with a human customer service rep at Oakley? Their chat box automatically closes about 3-5 seconds after opening it, I don't know how else to contact them.
