No doubt, I don't care if the lead character is male, female, or chimp, as long as they can play the part to the standards I expect from that level of budget. If it's a "B" rated flick, I expect "B" related acting, however, if it's a $400 million dollar big budget film, with 2/3's of that going to F/X I expect the acting to be on par. Be it Male or Female leads matters not

Yeah, I thought they played fast and loose with his true identity. Kinda disappointed me when he just took his helmet off for Rey.
