Which Oakley Frame Works Well with Motorcycle Helmet?

It might sound redundant. But I always wear sunglasses under my helmet, even when I have my smoked or mirrored visor.

I usually wear a hijinx that ive had for years. Just polished Black with a grey lens. I only use Shark helmets, which tend to be very form fitting around the temples. The wide flat temples of the hijinx make it easy to put them on on a helmet without worring about breaking or bending anything, just push them on.

Id stay away from anything with earsocks. If you do have hair, it'll catch that and make it a pain to put on. If you using them under a helmet and they dont stay in place, id be questioning the fit of your helmet first.
Is that you in the picture Micah?
I know you used to race!

Great pics! What series do you race in?

I agree about the earsocks, I wore prescription Tincup Carbons for a while but didn't notice the rubber bonded to the arms was becoming brittle. I pushed them on while wearing my Arai full-face helmet and the rubber broke away. The exposed metal arms dug into the skin in front of my ears on both sides, drawing blood. I've never been able to find replacement arms so they went in the junk drawer.

@tatt22er yeah that's me. Probably around the 2018-2019 time frame by the look. Based on the fact that one has my race livery and the other doesn't, one must be from a track day and the other from a race.

@AP Steve I raced in the Championship Cup Series, Midwest region. I retired a few years ago due to age and injury.

Based on all the ones I have owned.... granted helmet padding plays a big factor in comfort and fit

Stay away from Polarized with a helmet with a shield as they will conflict. Most shields are polarized to some degree.

- Lateralis (Even showed in my review the fit with a Bell Q Deluxe full face helmet)
- Massetter
- Gibston
- EVZero Blades fill the void space great
- Fives Sq.
- Scalpel

I have had the most success with those. The EVZero being a favorite for field of view coverage for my entire face thats exposed with no helmet coverage when visor up

Edit: I forgot the DropPoints. I used to use those for GoKarting in helmet and they were good as well.

Lots of good suggestions, thanks guys.

I think I'll pay a visit to my local Oakley dealer and take my helmet with me to try some of the styles suggested above and see how easy/hard they are to slip on/off.
Definitely the way to go. I didnt do that initially. Now I do

I love the way the XS just slips underneath hats and helmets and other headgear with zero fuss and feels secure due to the short stem design, it's like they were made for it and they've become one of my favorites almost because of that fact alone.
