X-Metal refinishing and tune up in the U.S.?

I think a tuneup and refinish would serve these well.....an x-metal finish hides alot of defects...... I'm wondering if that was the original plan all along, because the early casting processes were rough.

I was unsure if that light press ring around the nostril could be repaired or hidden short of painting

You’ve sorted a couple nostril smudges for me one way or the other (that I did not put there I might add ). I’m still learning all this stuff my own self.

These look like X metal Ruby? If so are they serialized? If so congrats on the pair bro! More pictures, show those bad boys off!

They are. They aren’t serialized on the frame so i think 4th gen. Got them in mid 2000s I believe. Been a long time.

I’m assuming Gen 4 since no frame serial. Looks like it’s box only. So I probably got them I think in 2006 right when X Men The Last Stand was coming out.

You don't have to remove lenses anymore. ship them as they are
