To further expound on my obsession, if you were to put it in to the terms of Dell Taco's, Taco Tuesday, it would be the equivalent of roughly 17,650 tacos each time he threw the ball. Of course this number could very based on local sales taxes (Hawaii & Alaska not included)

true indeed.... but he is 29 years old. 9 year contract.
must of these pitchers fade at age 33 - 34 , felix hernandez, justin verlander (was not good this playoff), clayton kershaw ( who is only around 31 now) etc..... don't see how this a good deal for NY.

field players can go till they are 37-38 and still be great...... those pitchers arms are usually not great at that age.

what say you guys?
