I should Work at Oakley
Here’s what I found in their(STEEL-IT Black or Charcoal) Amazon reviews, and it actually looks quite promising. Although, I'm not entirely sure how much I should trust the reviews.

That was my thought...somewhere in between their Charcoal and Black.Looks like 90% match with Juliet Carbon color
Your leather customizations, especially on the Mars model, are genuinely impressive and inspiring. Just thought I’d mention that!Your explaintion of the finish sounds right...up to the point where mine is...
Never know what you'll find on here...about what. I had to dig long and deep to find out answers for my own quest...exotic leather wrapping my own MARS. Ended up mostly sorting it out myself with a lot of sleuth work...and guess and check.
I've only started using Steel-It this year and have four cans of different colors...one almost emptry. Zero leaks so far and no issues...but who can say? I believe @LambertDad1976 has been using it a good while. He might have some insight...

This is the thread where I used the stainless steel on Oakley framesView attachment 1158798
Thanks to everyone on here who does their own custom work for inspiration to try something different! I have coated 4 frames with Steel-it! It’s a stainless steel flake in polyurethane that is incredibly durable and has a matte finish. I use it on Tundra and rhino parts from tow hooks to suspension parts and it really takes a beating so I figure I’d give it a try! It turned out somewhere between steel finish and dark grey metallic. Of course I had a ton of my favorite frames laying around and did a Rotor, Turbine, new valve, and fuel cell. I’ll update when everything cures and I can reassemble!
Excellent results!!
