Oakley latch question

I have seen some with the 2screws on inside of frame on each side of nose keyhole to hold lens’s in but some don’t have those those screws so why is that? Also some have a m or L after the model number and some do not . Are there some fakes and the matte tort is diff between them..as are the Oakley metal outside plaques

I'm not sure about the screw since I dont own any Latches but they did release a Medium and Large version of the latchkey

M = 52mm
L = 55mm

Have them both in medium and some have two screws to hold the lenses in in the back of the frame above the nose and other ones do not so I was just wondering if they changed it during a certain time or if one is not authentic, although they both seem Authentic
