Hi All,
I'm new here so apologies if this is in the wrong thread,
I wanted to gather some opinions on people who have purchased a medusa, Full set or just goggles or just helmet, whatever...

do you regret the purchase, or do you think its a good item to collect?

cheers

Loved having a Medusa as a part of my collection but it spent 90% of the time packed safely away.
Owned for about five years before passing it to another collector.

One of those items that, to me at least, is a must have.....

They are very cool, no doubt. But not practical at all. I hear lots of stories of people selling them after the coolness factor wears off. Its a lot of money for a display piece you hardly or never wear. OTT is similar but not nearly as pricey. If you have the money and are ok with almost never wearing it, it’s a great display piece.

Glad I have mine yes it was expensive its possibly worth more now but not for sale iconic Oakley
I should try to wear it more will be taking it skiing again in January
This guy is the only person I know of who uses them in skiing.

I wore mine a few times. Due to the lenses being perfect, I keep them locked away in a safe location. I haven't driven with them on. (Dangerous) No peripheral vision.

They make your head sweat in seconds so it is best to be bald, and have no beard. The latch barely goes around some chins. Over all they are mostly a fashion piece or a big display item. No I do not regret buying them. Mine has 2x in price in less than one year of ownership.

Thats awesome, I love that you actually wear it. I will wear mine i think

I had one. But kinda regretted buying it because I couldn't see myself wearing it, except for photos. I'm a No Shelf Whore member. And I agree with the statement of it being hot to wear. And I live in Hawaii, so our winters are not like mainland winters. Then I regretted selling mine when I did. I wanted to be the first to take photos of me surfing in it. Won't happen now. :D🤙
