Oakley Tailend: Now in Titanium

Can you take a picture of the box label? There's some debate on the frame color. Some sites state oil slick, others say matte gold
Well, the box says “Satin Gold” and the website and invoice say “Oil Slick”. 🤷‍♂️

So I’ll going with: They are the Satin Gold Oil Slick frames….final answer. 😂

Does anybody know if the new Ti are exactly the same size as the older model, so that aftermarket, replacement lenses for the old 4088, fit the newer Ti?

Thanks.

Thabks for that. Ill add a note to the database. Not the only time this type of thing has happened.

Prizm Peach lensss listed as Prizm grapefruit. Low Light lenses on the custom site listed as the original, unreleased prizm Stadium. Many, many others.

I like the tungsten version of this frame, but bummed it isn’t the oil slick color.

Knew the moment I saw a picture IRL the frame is not oil slick- if you want to see what that frame color looks like check out the sutro ti sweep with road jade.

Either way this is a cool frame!

Just got my blue lens pair yesterday, they definitely cool I've never owned a pair of these but with having 3 different pairs of sub zeros I feel like they're pretty close so IDK if I'm going to keep them. I like them don't get me wrong but IDK if it's worth me spending the money for them

When I bought the Originals back in 2015, these were hands down some of the finest offerings I could get at the time which suited my style of taste, certainly the closest design towards an X Metal Mars in comparison and also felt like a tribute to the Subzero's of the past, made and blended into a C5 metal design. The outer lens etch helped to give it a certain characteristic of its own

Super light, super comfortable and just looks so damn cool.

Very happy to see that the Titanium version was created albeit 10 long years later, hell it took 30 to redo the Subzero line, which was super cool to have a little reboot from the past.

Let them grow on you, I reckon you will come round😉😉

I hear you but my other thing is that I have lots of sunglasses too and I feel like I don't get around to wearing them for one reason or another so getting another pair especially since they're kinda similar to my re:sub zeros idk if it's worth it 🤷🏼 lol
