I figured it was only a matter of time given their Ray Ban's and their work previously with the M-Frame model adapted to help blind people way back in 2014 (Oakley helping blind people "see" again.).

This one is going to based off the Sphaera platform according to the article and slated for sometime this year.
$1000 suggested MSRP as of now.

Yup 100% agree, see how it goes. This model is supposed be geared towards actions sports and another is supposed to feature a HUD in the lens. Lots of potential on the table, but the execution going to make or break it for them.
