Ah, actually I think Solefly (need to check) is where I got mine from back in September. But pretty sure Extra Butter also had them back then. I don't know these shops well as I am not US based, but both ring a bell.

Just out of curiosity, does the SKU number actually tell us if something is limited (or non-limited), or it is boutique only release, or everywhere release? I know Oakley clothings which are released in a chain store here, that is not available on Oakley website (the t-shirts are actually nicer!). And I go back to the other collabs (KITH, Palace), surely those also have SKU's? And the most recent example, the Sub Zero N Burn Brush, also only released in boutiques. Actually it was because of this, I went looking at boutiques for the Stonewash and Sand Plantaris.
