Plantaris

So far I see Seek Optics (PA), Saucer Optics (Japan), Fuse (FL), and coming soon Linegear all produce lenses for them.

I got some from FUSE already. Very happy with those, have some from Seek and Saucer also coming and I am sending a frame to Linegear to support the creation of the template for their lenses. Excited for that one.

Got 3 pairs in, went in big on my gamble but very happy. This is the first O' non metal frame or shield frame in years thats not right up on my eye lashes which is a big turn off for me in fit. I have naturally long eye lashes and so they get oily through the day and will smear on the lenses. I like the nose profile of the Plantaris a lot because it keeps them up close enough for the wrap profile but offset from my face in the orbital enough to not have my lashes rub the lenses. So I just snagged two more pairs during the Easter weekend promo.

Stonewash and another Sand.

Question for the community: What is the X'metal frame equivalent of these in frame sizing and orbital sizing?

I own zero X-Metals but if I want to get one I dont want to drop the money and not have it fit the way I want. Since they are perfect I would like to get which ever one is closest to this frame geometry.

If you go in the O' Parts store the main 4 releases in the line have their lenses up as a replacement lens order.

For what it worth if you just want any of those lenses.

Fantastic that they're now offering the replacement lenses. Just checked today and it seems there that all Plantaris colorways ever released are listed including the Satisfy and the Podpah collaboration, but it as of now you can only buy lenses for the main four. It's a shame, I really want the Deep Water lenses as they're my personal favorite but at $131 before tax, I'd rather just use a 50% coupon and get the full frame for 40 bucks more. Wish the vouchers worked on the parts website as well.

Same that’s why I just bought the stone wash frame as a whole , at the discounted cost it’s not much more than just buying the lenses and you could always sell the frame if you don’t want it
