You say it cracked, just popping the earstem off: no, that definitely shouldn't have occurred. Maybe on the 1st Generation, but not on the New Starights.

The one in returning did, I got a replacement. But yeah I haven't even had original o-matter crack when replacing arms on my og eye jackets.

I guess I got lucky. After all the talk of bad printing and crappy boxes mine showed up yesterday and appears to be fine. I do see where opening the hinge of the box puts stress on the glued seal.

They had stock, they sent me a label and are going to refund shipping for the new pair I offered. Wow, I'd be pissed too.

Oakley warranty may have some pairs, back when i warrantied an eye jacket they gave me the option of a kith, piet, or brain dead pair. The first two weren't even on Oakley.com, second not even in the USA.

Lucky man. The plantaris they won't replace for us, theres no stock of that model. An warranty doesn't have a clear answer as they've expressed that every model comes with bag, so there shouldn't be one missing ugh.

But they're offering an equal or comparable exchange... im going to pester them for one those 50% coupons and just gift the pair to family member at this point. Figure I'll find a complete one down the road some where.

I want to get the Straight Jackets as they are readily available on the site, but man after taxes and shipping (crazy shipping is not free after $289) the total is just shy of $330. That is very high, but I do love the pattern they went with.
