Occasioned by @Litos showing the Apple pie one, I had the latest couple of US limited edition KitKats delivered.

The birthday cake one is just sweet, without much taste, though the coloured bits add a nice additional crunch.

The apple pie is nice, with a strong taste of cinnamon although tasting much less of actual apple than the Japanese version did. Still, both far from the worst Hershey products I’ve ever eaten!
