My wife and I have booked a vacation on the Philippine island of Panay.

Don't forget to bring water shoes. Some beaches have plenty of sea urchins. Just to be safe because if you get stung that would hurt like a MF and you'll have a bad day or DAYS

I stepped in one in cambodia but got the needed like stinger out right away.
I will remember to bring water shoes.

I stepped on one too! Pulled all the needles out but then still felt pain after a week. I had to reopen the wounds with a nail clipper and was surprised when i pulled one more long needle after a week
