X-Metal replica perception/ thoughts

Specifically Valve 1.0 Lugs. I've snapped two rights and cracked a left this last week...UGH. May not be as hard to find as an X-Metal nosebridge but not easy either...
Sounds like some customizer might need to print lugs??? I know... it is a fine line to cross but if you are customizing and using a OEM frame and printing a lug gets you what you need to be able to move on to paint then... why the heck not?

Thanks to my most honored Brother, @Lopaka KaMars, I now have enough Valve 1.0 lugs to continue my current projects (assuming I don’t break any more of em!).

That aside, I’d do it in a heartbeat if all the requirements fell into place. Since I don’t sell nuthin and am very protective of my 3D files, I don’t consider it a moral dilemma. Anything I have ever done in the past with props and prop replicas was always for myself, family, or friends (folks I trust not to sell, share forward, or pass off for something real).

It’s all about time and the right pieces of equipment. I am shy of the first and not quite sure about the second for these small and finely shaped items (nose bridges and lugs). So it’s all still a hypothetical question…🧐

Id like to see printed nose bridges.....for all the damaged ones I get.
I had another post about 3d printing a pin extractor and one member suggested a better use of my time and energy might be to model and 3d print nose bridges.

Do you have broken ones I could borrow (or have if you don't need them) to use as the baseline? Happy to take this to pm, but I'm writing this here in case anyone has broken nose bridges they'd be willing to share for me to use as a template.

I have some black glass fiber reinforced nylon filament that is quite dimensionally stable and quite strong that might be a good option for material.
