Anodizing X-Metals by XMC optics

Can someone please explain to me why the heck these scratches even matter in the context of this thread?
well, if i have to explain to you why it would be important to observe scratches in a frame that has been modified, then i guess you made the same mistake as me by not reading the thread in it´s entirety...

i would suggest starting around page 4...

good day, sir.....

Personally if I were experimenting to develop a new refinishing service and needing to do some trial and error, I would not be using pristine frames as testbeds...

Haha oh no I read the whole thing, hence why I asked the question. It clearly states that part of the frame was not anodized (so an intuitive person would guess that the scratches were already there). So I reiterate my question, why does the scratching matter?

Edit: Nvm, this is stupid... I'm done here, so do as you wish litos. Life is to short for stupidity like this. Thank you IH for offering these services to the forum, I think they are amazing!

Because in IH's post with the scratched up glasses, he described the glasses like this: "Here is my personal frame that I absolutely enjoy!!!!! Plasma finish non etched orbitals w/ Copper Plasma non etched ear stems and nose"

There was no indication that the scratches had previously been there UNTIL AFTER I asked why the orbitals had scratches...

i was trying to determine why the orbitals looked so bad...was it because of the anodizing or were the scratches already there !?!?

Either way, those scratches look bad...
