well, if i have to explain to you why it would be important to observe scratches in a frame that has been modified, then i guess you made the same mistake as me by not reading the thread in it´s entirety...Can someone please explain to me why the heck these scratches even matter in the context of this thread?

Haha oh no I read the whole thing, hence why I asked the question. It clearly states that part of the frame was not anodized (so an intuitive person would guess that the scratches were already there). So I reiterate my question, why does the scratching matter?well, if i have to explain to you why it would be important to observe scratches in a frame that has been modified, then i guess you made the same mistake as me by not reading the thread in it´s entirety...
