MRY Ultra Lenses - DWP lenses for $30

If you can bring yourself to take one final chance on them.....

Try Ice Blue or Emerald Green.

And make sure you opt for the Ultra varient.

I would say you would have to be Stevie Wonder to be disappointed with either of those.

Fuse are great. I have a AMP Glacier Mirror coming today & using a AMP Bronze Mirror in my Flak-Beta.
Revant are about the same, but less contrast-boost at the advantage of slightly more Clarity.

I always only buy the top-tier, Ultra from Apex, AMP from Fuse, et al

I appreciate the feedback & glad you are enjoying so many of their offerings.

Only wish I had seen this thread before I made the slightly discounted order for their recommendation of Bronze

more on my recommendations:

I barely managed to get a set of their lens into a Spy+ Tackle frame & then I was very disappointed with a total lack of contrast boost.

I only had to send two photos, one with the sticker from the package & I included a printout of the order in another photo with the glasses & lens in.

They actually commented they would take them back, but I would have to pay return postage.
They offered a silly little discount on my next order of only 10%.

I am a glutton for punishment, I suppose, because I then made another order for what they claim is their highest contrast-boosting lens & a rubber kit for some Flak 2.

If you want better quality & customer-service, for about the same price, go to Seek Optics.
Walleva also seems good, but their choices are more limited.

Earlier in this thread, I also recommended to buy the MRY lenses via Amazon, where a 30-day refund/replacement is offered.

When buying on Amazon, almost every lens vendor does not allow the choice of their highest-tier lens.

There is one exception, which I thought was Fuse, but perhaps Revant.

Amazon offers no veterans/military discount. Moot point with MRY, but it is applicable for most of the others.

I had a AMP Carbon-Mirror, exchanged it for AMP Glacier-Mirror, because yes their customer support has been the best.
If you like the Contrast Boost, Carbon is not your friend. If you like Black Iridium, then go for it.

the view from the MRY set I got, Peach-Gold Mirror:

there is almost no discernible difference to the naked eye view

Cobalt Rose arrived today......they promptly went into a pair of Oakley

The look of these lens, & the view, reminds me a little of the GoodR model "Au Revoir Gopher":

The only problem, for me, was the way that the windscreen on every vehicle is very pink.
It was really weird, & extended to the front of the bonnet, too.

The Polarization seemed only about halfway too, perhaps because of the high VLT.

The sandwich glass reflected back very oddly.
Right now I will be using my Fuse AMP Glacier Mirror for driving on cloudy days.

These allow me to see blues correctly on my dash indicators.
Revant Elite bronze is quite good for cloudy day driving, too. The VLT is about 20%.

I find the polarisation weird....

But very effective.

Any dark surface that would normally be reflecting/glaring.....basically turns a shade of red.

The tarmac (asphalt) on wet gloomy roads stands out and is very easily differentiated through standing water and heavy rain.

(slight downside is the dash of car looks red if light is reflecting off it)

They are weird but very, very effective.
