Oakley x META: Current and Future Collabs

Oh no, white frames with gold. Too much. Not sure it is hands free with the button you press and how do you know what picture you actually took?

Do some research bud. You can use the capture button for pictures/videos or use the “hey meta take a picture/video” prompt. Also the pictures/videos are save to the App you download and via settings, you can choose to auto save to your device.

Loke ive said before. They need to earn my trust back on anything they release thats electronic. Ive got a burned too many times by them.

This also seems too situational for me. You have to wear them with the intention of using them or just happen to have them on at the right time.

What happened last time?

Haha yeah because I am going to say “hey meta take a picture/video” every time I want to take a picture? Get real bud. That’s even more ridiculous.

Not sure about the electronics. But the one in the Rayban Meta is doing pretty well.

I agree that it is situational. I mainly use my Rayban Meta in capturing my kids during trips and such where I need both my hands free. It really did change the game for capturing moments with my kids.

I chose transition lenses for it as well, so that I do not need to be taking them off and on when going from outdoors to indoors, in Legoland, Disney, etc…

As I mentioned, I do agree with you that it is situational. Which means, I don’t wear it and revert back to my Oakleys when I do not need to capture memories of a trip or an outing with the family.

Please whenever someone gets the HSTN, upload a review. I’m planning to get one and so far the raybans with larger lenses and transitions has the lead. I’m not a fan of the HSTN design (and the lack of transitions is a downside too), but if electronics are better then I might have to go with the good ol’ oaks
