But we love of local grown chile. Roasted. sorted, and packaged to last the winter in meal sized freezer bags.

No @the_owl we aint going to race this season, we are taking this year off due to the recent surgery of the owner/main driver of the car

Did a reverse sear on a tomahawk ribeye a few nights ago. Used the smoker for the first few hours and the gasser to get the sear marks on it and final cooking. Best steak I’ve ever made.

Just ordered some, and the birthday cake flavour that’s also just been released.

If it’s anywhere near as good as the Japanese apple pie flavour, I’ll be impressed.
