So does anyone know how Prizm Black lenses compare to regular Black Iridium lenses?

In what respect? They are essentially totally different lenses. I shot this picture a week or so ago that shows how different they are form each other. Top is BI, bottom PBI

Both of these are non-polarized right? Is the light transmission similar? I see that they have a different base color, so I suppose the Prizm Black would be more contrasty?

Thanks for posting!

I wish Oakley would publish this info.

I was at my local O store this weekend and asked about the newer Prizm lenses and they don't have any light transmission info - They said they are all too new.

I also called Oakley this week and the guy I talked with didn't have that info either.

I ended up picking up a pair of Double Edge Prizm Sapphire Iridium Polarized. I'm estimating them to be 17-19% in comparison to my other lenses.

I have a pair of Holbrook metals with the Sapphire prism lenses and honestly I don't want to take them off because everything looks so much crisper and vivid with them on the prism sapphire lenses are absolutely amazing now I want to get a cut for my plasma juliets
