@Drewblood419 Agreed! I got turbine saphire prizm fades and love the lenses.
What tint do you get though?
The pair I like have an amber/gold base tint, while two other pairs I've checked had a rose/fuscia tint.

See my pics here:
New Oakley Turbine

Seems the saphire prizm are lenses are variable like some of the old iridium lens colours.

Mine definitely have a Rosey base tint I love it it's like a lighter version of a Vr28 with a lot more contrast to reds and blues

Looking at getting a set of Turbine Rotors. Can't decide if I want the prism or polorized lenses. What's the difference? I've had lots of polorized lenses.

Some prizm are Polarized and some are not.

iPhone screens and any quality infotainment systems should have polarization filters so you can still see the screen pretty easily whilst wearing sunglasses. If they don't, then it's either an older infotainment system or huge oversight.

Prizm contrasts the light, polarized blocks the glare. Some prizms, deep/shallow h2o and daily are polarized. Prizm trail, field, road are not. They are starting to have prizm black, prizm sapphire, and prizm ruby. Some are polarized, some are not, just depends on the frame. Turbines have a lot of options though.

Deep Water, Shallow Water and Daily are both prizm and polarized but prizm road, trail, field, cricket, golf. They are only prizm but not polarized.. They now have options like prizm black, prizm ruby ,prizm sapphire.. I think prizm sapphire only has a polarized version available which is part of their sapphire fade series.

There's also Tungsten prizm polarised now.

Prizm doesn't have backside AR I believe.

While Iridium Polararised always does I think.

That's a complaint with Prizm Deep Water, as it's a lot like an Iridium Polarised in that the iridium coating is substantial and your eyes will be better hidden than most prizm, but there's no backside AR so the person that can see your eyes can be you! With it reflected.

Prizm black, ruby, sapphire, and now tungsten are the new non sport specific prizm, with the prizm universal base tint, which enhances constrast a touch and is typically a rosey base but it depends.

The original prizm colours are sport specific and except for deep water etc don't really hide your eyes well I believe.

Everything is moving to prizm slowly, which is what those new prizm lenses are - the new version of iridium lenses.

I think transmission is a little higher for the equivalent prizm, as well as some more contrast typically.

I have the Turbine sapphire prizm fades which are polarised and they're great.
Reds and greens really pop. It's like looking at an OLED image. Higher saturation and contrast. However for sapphire the base tint varies. I didn't like the standard rose base, but the pair I kept have more of an amber base.
I've handled 3 pairs and two had the rose base.

Oh and ruby is a sickly yellow, which I think ruby iridium was like too.
