When I order something on Oakley’s website, just to have the order cancelled because they’re out of stock, but it’s still available on the site. If it showed as out of stock after my order was cancelled, I’d kinda understand, but this makes no sense as is!

Well if you read through the article the charges are for the firearms portion. For the banner it states he's guilty not because of it being a BLM banner but rather because it wasn't his property (it was from a church). So burning someone else's property is the no-no here.
